Hartford, CT – Tonight Governor Ned Lamont showed why voters want four more years of his leadership. In the televised WFSB/CT Insider Gubernatorial Forum, Governor Lamont discussed his record of responsible fiscal management that turned historic budget deficits into record surpluses, letting him pay down the debt, invest in our communities, and delivering record tax cuts for families; all while standing up for Connecticut values like protecting a woman’s right to choose.
We saw why voters across the state are excited and ready to reelect Governor Lamont to keep his progress going. They have seen the results of his leadership in lower taxes, more jobs, and increased investments in infrastructure, education, and job training programs to turn our state’s economy around.
