Carpenters Union Praises Gov. Lamont and Lt. Gov. Bysiewicz’s First-Term Fight for Labor, Endorses Reelection Bid

Carpenters Local 326 called for the reelection of Governor Lamont and Lt. Governor Bysiewicz, after the pair delivered workers protections, fair wages, and new jobs to working people across the state.

Hartford, CT – Carpenters Local 326, a union representing more than 3,000 working people across Connecticut, announced their endorsement of Governor Ned Lamont and Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz.

“Since day one, Governor Lamont and Lt. Governor Bysiewicz have lived up to their promise, making worker’s rights a priority in Connecticut. We’re proud to endorse them for reelection, and look forward to building on what we’ve accomplished together– developing the workforce, creating new jobs, and securing fair wages and benefits for union members and their families,” said Jeff Wolcheski, Regional Business Manager for Carpenters Local 326.
